"Predator: Incursion," published by Titan Books in October 2015, is a novel by Tim Lebbon. It is the first book of "The Rage War" trilogy, followed by "Alien: Invasion" and "Alien vs. Predator: Armageddon."
In 2692, Predator attacks on the edge of human space are rising fast. Lieutenant Johnny Mains and his squad of Colonial Marines, the VoidLarks, are watching a huge Yautja habitat when their ship is damaged in a fight, and they have to land on it. On the colony world LV-1529, scientist Isa Palant studies the bodies of two dead hunters and works on translating their messages. The Predators, it seems, are not invading. They are fleeing.
A prologue set in 2351 shows the synthetic Liliya sabotaging a ship where Weyland-Yutani runs Xenomorph experiments.
Predator ships pour into human space in record numbers. While Lieutenant Johnny Mains and his Colonial Marines are stranded on a Yautja habitat, scientist Isa Palant learns that the hunters are running from something worse.

Predator: Incursion (The Rage War, Book 1) is a book released in 2015 that takes place in 2692 in the Predator timeline. In the Predator timeline, it comes after Alien vs. Predator: The Last of His Clan (2593) and before Alien vs. Predator: Armageddon (The Rage War, Book 3) (2692).
