Description

"Superman/Aliens," retitled "Superman vs. Aliens" for a 2016 collection, is a three-issue crossover comic book series released by DC Comics and Dark Horse Comics from July to September 1995. It was written and pencilled by Dan Jurgens, one of the main Superman creators of the 1990s, and inked by Kevin Nowlan.

Superman picks up signals from space that could lead him to traces of his lost home world, Krypton. He follows them to Argo, a domed Kryptonian city that the Aliens have overrun. Far from Earth's yellow sun, his powers begin to fade.

The series was collected in 1996 with an introduction by Chris Claremont. A sequel, "Superman/Aliens II: God War," followed in 2002.
