Alien: Perfect Organisms

Description

"Alien: Perfect Organisms," published by Titan Books in October 2025, is a novel by Shaun Hamill, the author of "A Cosmology of Monsters." Its cover by Marco Turini shows a framed painting of a Xenomorph, an imagined example of the art made by one of the novel's characters.

Some years after the events of "Aliens" and "Alien 3," Cynthia Goodwin is close to losing the Chariot, the aging ship her mother bought twenty years earlier. To keep her crew in work, she agrees to meet the reclusive billionaire Roman Fade. He wants her to go to New Providence, an abandoned colony under quarantine, and bring back his former lover, the renowned artist Corinth Bloch. No one knows what happened there. As Cynthia follows Bloch's path, she learns of a mind obsessed with images of dark creatures and with the terror of the perfect organism.

The novel opens with a line spoken by David in "Alien: Covenant."
