Alien vs. Predator (2004 Mobile Game)

Description

"Alien vs. Predator" is the title of two different mobile phone games based on the 2004 film. The first, developed by Superscape and published by Superscape and 3D Wireless Games, was released on August 19, 2004. The second, a basic 2D fighting game developed by Wicked Witch Software and published by Elite Systems, followed on November 13, 2004.

The Superscape game is a side-scrolling action game in which the player takes each species in turn, starting with the Humans. Humans rely on weapons and must save captured people by removing their Facehuggers before the Chestbursters inside can kill them. Aliens climb walls and grow from a drone into a creature the size of a Queen over the levels. Predators, unlocked last, hunt the other two in the temple to take the skulls of worthy prey.

Synopsis

Two mobile tie-ins to the 2004 film: a side-scroller by Superscape in which each species takes its turn, and a basic 2D fighting game by Wicked Witch Software.
