"Alien vs. Predator 3D," released in 2006, is an on-rails shooter developed and published by Superscape for mobile phones. It is based on the 2004 film "Alien vs. Predator." Superscape had already released a 2D game for the film's premiere.
The player is one of the humans hunted on the expedition to Antarctica, the one who picks up a Predator weapon left behind at the temple site. The game opens with a tutorial at the abandoned whaling station, first with wooden targets, then with facehuggers. From the second level, the action moves down into the pyramid, where Aliens and Predators appear. Later on, Predators use their cloak to hide between the temple pillars.
The camera moves on its own while the player aims and fires. Better weapons are found along the way, up to the Predator shoulder cannon.
One of the humans of the Antarctic expedition picks up a Predator weapon left at the buried temple. On rails, the player fights facehuggers, Aliens and cloaked Predators from the whaling station to the pyramid.
