XENOMORPH TIMELINE
"Aliens vs. Predators: Ultimate Prey," published by Titan Books in March 2022, is an anthology of fifteen new short stories edited by Jonathan Maberry and Bryan Thomas Schmidt. Its authors include Mira Grant, Scott Sigler, Yvonne Navarro and Delilah S. Dawson. Blackstone Audio released an audiobook the same day.
Each story sets the Predators against the Xenomorphs, with humans caught in the middle. In "Isla Matanzas," a Spanish nobleman shipwrecked in 1768 watches the two species fight on a deserted island. Other stories range from a haunted hotel on Earth to a hydroponics station in deep space. In "Kyōdai," written by Maberry with actor Louis Ozawa, the brother of Hanzo from "Predators" is taken to the hunters' game preserve.
The title comes from a line in the 2004 film "Alien vs. Predator."
Fifteen original short stories pit the Predators against their ultimate prey, the Xenomorphs, with humans caught in the middle. The tales take place on Earth and in distant space.
