XENOMORPH TIMELINE
"The Predator: Hunters and Hunted," published by Titan Books in July 2018, is a novel by James A. Moore. It is the official prequel to Shane Black's film "The Predator."
Roger "Pappy" Elliott faced a Predator during the Vietnam War and lived. Decades later, he trains the Reapers, a secret strike team attached to Project Stargazer. Their mission is to capture one of the creatures alive. The creatures seem not to have come back since the Los Angeles incident almost twenty years earlier, and the program's funding is running out. Then reports come in of hunters and bikers slaughtered in Florida, and the Reapers move out.
Project Stargazer trains an elite strike team for one job: capture a Predator alive. When a hunter turns up in Florida, the team finally gets its chance.
