Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2

"Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2," released in 2026, is a cooperative third-person shooter developed by Cold Iron Studios and published by Daybreak Game Company. It came out on August 25, 2026, for Windows, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, and a Nintendo Switch 2 version is planned for early 2027. It is the sequel to "Aliens: Fireteam Elite."

The story takes place in 2207, five years after the first game. The USS Endeavor now answers to the United Systems Special Operations Command. Fireteam Banshee, with Ko and Esther from the Endeavor's old crew, has gone missing after answering a distress call from Dr. Lily Pearce at the Storr's Boon mining colony on LV-558. Hotshot and the elite Fireteam Chimaera are sent in after them.

Up to four players take part, one more than in the first game. A new Specialist class mixes abilities from the other classes.
