"Aliens: Colonial Marines" is a ten-issue comic book series released by Dark Horse Comics from January 1993 to July 1994. Lieutenant Joseph Henry is the son of one of Earth's most powerful politicians, and he has just been charged with insubordination again. His punishment is command of the worst platoon in the sector. Among them is Private Carmen Vasquez, younger sister of Jenette Vasquez from "Aliens." Their first job is a check on a toxic waste dump. The Aliens waiting there seem oddly organized, and Henry finds signs of a plan to turn humans into Aliens, led by a mysterious "father."
The story takes place after the destruction of Charon Base in "Aliens: Rogue."
Lieutenant Joseph Henry, a politician's son with a habit of insubordination, is handed the worst platoon in the sector. A routine check on a toxic waste dump leads them to strangely organized Aliens and a cult of human hybrids.
