Aliens: Music of the Spears (Comic)

Description

"Aliens: Music of the Spears" is a four-issue comic book series released by Dark Horse Comics from January to April 1994. It was written by Chet Williamson, pencilled by Tim Hamilton and inked by Timothy Bradstreet, who drew the covers with Guy Burwell. Yvonne Navarro adapted it as the 1996 novel "Aliens: Music of the Spears."

Damon Eddington is a little-known composer in a music business taken over by electronic noise and android bands. He asks his employer, the Synsound Corporation, for a live Alien so he can record its cries of rage and build his "Symphony of Hate" around them. Synsound has its ninjas steal an egg from MedTech's labs in Manhattan and installs it under its Presley Hall concert venue. Next, the creature needs a host.

Synopsis

Composer Damon Eddington wants to record the screams of a living Alien for his "Symphony of Hate." His corporate patron, Synsound, sends a team of ninjas to steal an Alien egg from a rival company.
