Aliens vs. Predator: War (Novelization)

Description

"Aliens vs. Predator: War," published by Bantam Spectra in December 1999, is a novel by S. D. Perry, with a cover by John Bolton. It adapts the 1995 Dark Horse comic of the same name, along with its prologue. It is a sequel to both "Aliens vs. Predator: Prey" and "Aliens: Berserker," and it ignores the events of "Hunter's Planet." It was the last Alien or Predator book from Bantam.

After a year with a Predator clan, Machiko Noguchi is still treated as an outsider, and a hunter she calls Shorty never misses a chance to humiliate her. Far away, the three survivors of a failed Berserker mission drift through space, short of fuel and air. A Weyland-Yutani research post on the jungle planet Bunda answers their distress call, but the company mostly wants the data they carry. Machiko's clan is also on its way to Bunda.

Synopsis

Machiko Noguchi has grown tired of life with her Predator clan. On the jungle planet Bunda, she crosses paths with the survivors of "Aliens: Berserker" as the hunters close in.
