Aliens vs. Predator: Hunter's Planet

Description

"Aliens vs. Predator: Hunter's Planet" is a novel by David Bischoff, published by Bantam Spectra in December 1994 with a cover by John Bolton. It is the second book of the Machiko Noguchi trilogy, after "Aliens vs. Predator: Prey." Unlike the other two books, it is an original story and not a comic adaptation.

After two years with a Predator clan, Machiko has gone back to human society. She works a dead-end job for the Chigusa Corporation on the colony world Alistair 3. Billionaire Livermore Evanston owns Blior, a planet he runs as a hunting resort for the very rich, stocked with genetically engineered game. Predators have started seeding Aliens there, and Evanston hires Machiko to deal with them. Some of these hunters are Predators she once knew. Machiko soon suspects that the resort is a cover for something else.

Only one chapter comes from the comics: a flashback that retells the short story "Aliens vs. Predator 2."

Synopsis

Machiko Noguchi has left the Predators and now sits behind a desk on a quiet colony world. When billionaire Livermore Evanston asks her to clear the Aliens from his private hunting planet, she says yes. Then she learns what he is really hiding.
