"Aliens vs. Predator: Duel" is a two-issue comic book series released by Dark Horse Comics in March and April 1995. It was written by Randy Stradley, pencilled by Javier Saltares and inked by Jimmy Palmiotti, with covers by Chris Warner. Placed side by side, the two covers form a single image.
The story is a direct sequel to the first "Aliens vs. Predator" series. Years after the fall of Prosperity Wells, the combat ship Brilliant picks up a non-human distress signal from Ryushi. Captain Glass and his Marines find Machiko Noguchi's house empty. Further out, they find a Predator mother ship holding an unconscious hunter and a chained Queen. A one-armed Predator named Light-Stepper and his hunting party are not far away.
The comic features the first official appearance of a Predalien. Light-Stepper returns in "Aliens vs. Predator: War."
Years after the fall of Prosperity Wells, Colonial Marines answer a distress call from Ryushi. Inside a Predator mother ship they find an unconscious hunter and a chained Alien Queen, and more Predators are close by.

Aliens vs. Predator: Duel is a comic released in 1995 that takes place in around 2192 in the Predator timeline. In the Legacy Predator timeline, it comes after Aliens vs. Predator: Blood Time (around 2190) and before Aliens vs. Predator: War (around 2192).
