Scientists at Grant Corporation Station 13, on a moon in a mostly unsurveyed sector, send a distress call when their Alien specimens get loose. Lieutenant Roberta Benitez, the only survivor of an earlier encounter with the creatures, leads a squad of Colonial Marines on a rescue and "sterilization" mission. Inside the base, some of the Aliens look like nothing she has seen before.
Several of these creatures and some of the Marines' gear come from Kenner's "Aliens" toy line. The story has never been reprinted.
