Description

"Predator: Strange Roux" is a one-shot comic released by Dark Horse Comics in November 1996. It was written by Brian McDonald, pencilled by Mitch Byrd and inked by Jasen Rodriguez, with a cover by Paul Lee.

In July 1931, a Predator is hunting in the swamps of Bayou Lafourche, Louisiana, and stealing muskrats from the traps. Two trappers and their Cajun guide LeBlanc follow strange tracks and find skinned bodies hanging from the trees. The trappers suspect the Ku Klux Klan. LeBlanc believes it is the Gollywomp, a local legend about a man cursed into a monster who flays his victims.

The back of the comic prints a recipe for "Strange Roux."

Synopsis
