XENOMORPH TIMELINE
"Aliens: Taste" is a short comic story published by Dark Horse Comics in July 1993, in issue 11 of the anthology series "Dark Horse Comics." It was written by Edward Martin III and drawn by Mark A. Nelson. The same issue ran part 2 of "Predator: The Pride at Nghasa." Its cover, by Arthur Adams, is dominated by Godzilla, with the Aliens in a small inset.
An unseen narrator guides the reader step by step. Taloned fingers squeeze a Facehugger out of an Alien egg and drop it onto a grill. A giant extraterrestrial cooks it and eats it, just for the taste.
It was the only story ever written by Martin, a longtime editor of the Aliens line. It was reprinted in the British "Aliens" magazine in November 1993 and collected in "Aliens Omnibus: Volume 4" in 2008.
A narrator walks the reader through an unusual meal. A Facehugger is squeezed out of its egg and thrown on a grill, to be cooked and eaten by a giant alien creature.

Aliens: Taste is a comic released in 1993 that takes place in around 2180 in the Alien timeline. In the Legacy Alien timeline, it comes after Alien 3: Alone (around 2180) and before Aliens: Salvation (around 2180).
