"Predator: Rite of Passage" is a two-part short story published by Dark Horse Comics in the first two issues of its anthology "Dark Horse Comics," in August and September 1992. It was written by Ian Edginton, pencilled by Rick Leonardi and inked by Dan Panosian. Issue #1 has a Predator cover by Dave Dorman.
In East Africa, a young Maasai warrior hunts a lioness for the rite that will make him a man. He kills it and carries its skin back home. There he finds his whole village massacred, the bodies strung up. He picks up the killer's trail and follows it alone, armed with his spear and his seme dagger.
It is the only Predator comic told without a single line of dialogue.
A young Maasai warrior comes home with the skin of the lioness he killed to become a man. His village has been slaughtered, and he sets off alone after the killer.

Predator: Rite of Passage is a comic released in 1992 that takes place in around 1992 in the Predator timeline. In the Legacy Predator timeline, it comes after Predator: Blood Feud (1992) and before Predator: Bad Blood (1993).
