Description

"Aliens: Frenzy," originally published as "Aliens: Berserker," is a four-issue comic book series released by Dark Horse Comics from January to April 1995. Written by John Wagner and pencilled by Paul Mendoza, with covers by Kilian Plunkett, it took its current title in "Aliens Omnibus: Volume 4" in 2008. S. D. Perry adapted it as the 1998 novel "Aliens: Berserker."

The ship Nemesis carries a Weyland-Yutani Max Team, a squad that wipes out Alien nests. Commander Izzard's crew includes three convict volunteers. Their main weapon is Max, a Berserker: a man kept in a coma inside an armored combat suit, then flooded with drugs when it is time to fight. They are sent to DS Service Terminal 949. With a crew of nearly a thousand people, the station is the largest hive on record.

Several characters return in "Aliens vs. Predator: War" and "Aliens vs. Predator: Three World War."

Synopsis

A Weyland-Yutani hunter/killer team and its Berserker combat unit are sent to clear the biggest Alien hive ever found, aboard the space station DS Service Terminal 949. The Company wants the station back in one piece.
