Predator 2 (Comic)

Description

"Predator 2," released by Dark Horse Comics in February and June 1991, is a two-issue comic book adaptation of the 1990 film. Franz Henkel wrote it from the screenplay by Jim and John Thomas. Dan Barry pencilled the first issue and Mark Bright the second, both inked by Randy Emberlin, and the covers use stills from the film.

In 1997, Los Angeles is caught in a heat wave and a drug war between Colombian and Jamaican gangs. Lieutenant Mike Harrigan of the LAPD finds both gangs being butchered by an unseen killer, while a federal team led by Peter Keyes orders him off the case.

The comic follows the film closely, with a few scenes cut or changed. Some of these changes also appear in the novelization.
