Predator: No Beast So Fierce

Description

"Predator: No Beast So Fierce" is a short black-and-white story published by Dark Horse Comics in March 1997, in the anthology "Dark Horse Presents" #119. Written by Mike W. Barr and drawn by Scott Kolins, with inks by Dan Schaefer, it was later collected in "Predator Omnibus: Volume 3" (2008).

Cyrus Trask has been killed by a man-eating lion. His wealthy widow hires several hunters to track the animal through the jungle and kill it. The party is not alone. A Predator is following them, and it has its own idea of who deserves to die in this hunt.

The title comes from a line in Shakespeare's "Richard III": "No beast so fierce but knows some touch of pity."

Synopsis
